C-Tier -> A-tier

At the previous San Francisco Open, we hosted a C-Tier Amateur tournament ahead of the DGPT event. This year, we are hosting an A-Tier tournament, which will feature 3 days of competition meeting all criteria for a “true amateur” event. As such will be trophy-only with big player packs. In addition, the winners of the MA1 and FA1 divisions will receive free entry into the DGPT event to be held the following weekend.

Women’s global event

We are excited to join many other events being organized around the world as part of the fifth edition of the PDGA Women’s Global Event. Rounds 2 and 3 will be used for the WGE format to say in sync with the rest of the events going on around the world on this weekend.

Night at Banner Island Ballpark

Saturday evening, May 8th, will see host to a 9-hole pop up course at the Banner Island Ballpark, home of the Oakland A’s affiliate Stockton Ports. This event, presented by Prplei and the Delta Windjammers, will feature live music and food and beverage for purchase. This event is contingent on local Covid-19 protocols for large-group events.
